Cate is a fully licensed real estate agent and Qualified Property Investment Advisor (PIPA) and found her place in real estate after leaving her field in chemistry back in 2003. She has worked in a real estate agency (and knows what goes on in agencies), Cate has also worked for four years as a qualified mortgage broker (and appreciates her broad understanding of lending policy, borrowing capacity assessment and cashflow restrictions), and Cate recently won The Buyers Agent of the Year award through Your Investment Property magazine. She was also a finalist in the 2003 Telstra Business Awards, and Cate proudly established Cate Bakos Property in 2014 after leaving her directorship with her previous firm.
