Jo has a Masters Degree in Communication from the University of Technology Sydney and is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Buyers Agent. She also holds a Diploma in Interior Design and is a member of the REINSW – Real Estate Institute of NSW. Jo has 10 years experience in the investor’s world of real estate. With no hesitation in picking up a phone and acting as an advocate for clients and drilling local council for details about zoning or co-ordinating teams of tradesmen and industry professionals to get the deal done. With a vast network of industry contacts, Jo is often able to advise clients of opportunities before they go to market. With Jo’s approach to property is a combination of skillful search techniques, negotiation tactics and securing the deal – she delivers time and again. In her spare time Jo is also an active investor with a keen eye for opportunity and profit often found renovating, recovering from a renovation or planning the next project. Greg’s career started out in real estate sales 18 years ago on Queensland’s Gold Coast before moving to Sydney’s North Shore in 1996 and working in residential sales in Lindfield. He went from this sales environment to training and coaching in a marketing capacity. Using his industry experience and background to mentor and guide other successful sales people and management staff. Greg has a comprehensive tertiary education relating to Real Estate, Business Management and Business Coaching and has written multiple training programs for sales and negotiation techniques as well as being a highly regarded presenter and public speaker.
